Event : step by step

TELL ME ABOUT THE JOB OF THE EVENT PLANNER?

1. The first appointment is of pure knowledge.
DESIRES, EXPECTATIONS and BUDGETs are fixed.

2. The second phase coincides with the CONSULTANCY.
On the second appointment the event planner shows the customer the complete Moodboard project,

sketch, list of services requested, details of costs.

At this point the event planner chooses among the suppliers the ones that most correspond to the customer's requests.

3. After receiving confirmation from the client, the event planner proceeds with the actual organization.
4.  At the event we will be present from start to finish to ensure its success.
