8 giorni fuori stagione a Villa Delia sono la cura ideale per lo stress da lavoro e da città. La villa è perfetta da ogni punto di vista, con interni ed esterni accoglienti, puliti, curati in ogni particolare ed equipaggiati come meglio non si potrebbe chiedere. A volte, durante il soggiorno, quasi non si ha voglia di uscire dalla villa, per non perdersi neanche per un attimo il parco di ulivi, le viste sul lago, la quiete del patio e del terrazzo. La riviera, naturalmente, non ha bisogno di commenti. Last ma assolutamente not least, prima e durante il soggiorno Samanta è stata gentilissima, cordialissima e super-professionale, Sara competente, simpaticissima e tempestiva nel rispondere a domande e richieste di "tips". Grazie e (sicuramente!) arrivederci.

We were at villa Diamanti for 10 days in August, our stay was amazing the villa was so nice and clean the view is fabulous from all the rooms , Samanta was going out of her way for us, she was so helpful with restaurants recommendation and resirvation , it felt like we were living at a 5 stars hotel with the service we were getting . Siamo clienti da qualche tempo e abbiamo visionato più immobili, tutti fantastici con rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. I stayed here with my family of 6 - including our 4 children aged 17 to 22. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday and really want to go back - in fact we didn't want to leave! The house was very spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could want (dishwasher, washing machine, very effective air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room). The views were spectacular especially from the balconies, as well as the pool side. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was large with lots of seating around it and a great setting for our many barbeques. There is also plenty of room to park a car. It is really well situated, with many restaurants nearby and about a 7 minute walk to the lake edge, down the hill, and about 20 minutes on foot into Toscolano Maderno where there are lots of cafes etc. On arrival Samanta met us without a problem (despite the late arrival of our plane) and was absolutely charming and unfailingly helpful and even arranged for two fantastic chefs to come and cook us an amazing meal at the villa one evening. We are so grateful to her for helping us enjoy such a great holiday and really hope to return next year.

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment. Its location is both stunning and convenient. The view of the lake from the balconies is ever changing and the quality of the light is superb. The apartment is located right on the front very close to the ferry and some great restaurants (we particularly enjoyed the pizza at Sans Souci). Samanta was a charming and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. She has really thought about making your stay easy, welcoming us with fruit, wine and juice and providing provisions such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid so you don't have to worry about buying them. Gardone Riviera has some interesting tourist attractions, we loved Il Vittoriale, the view over the lake is simply stunning. It is also conveniently located for boat trips to Sirmione, Malcesine and Garda. This apartment is highly recommended and many thanks to Samanta for making our stay so memorable.

Limonaia Le Ravere is a beautiful place and the perfect spot for a small wedding party (20 people). We arrived on Monday, got married in the villa Thursday and stayed until Saturday. The villa is located pretty high in the mountains of Gargnano, which provides a spectacular view and lots of privacy. The drive up was challenging, but practice makes perfect. Definitely coming back to celebrate our anniversary! I had lots of help planning our wedding from Samanta, the property manager. She knows her way around Lake Garda. She was our intermediary for all the arrangements that were necessary to make it a great wedding week. She arranged a catered cocktail hour, dinner and a wedding cake (Collini Catering) and a wine tasting (vini due Pini) in the villa, which were all amazing! She can also arrange a live band, photographer, a pizza workshop, you name it. On arrival Samanta and her husband welcomed us and showed us around the property. It is HUGE an so pretty! It has 3 houses, a garden of 5 layers and a big pool. Even though we were with 20 people, everybody had enough space to relax together or to have some quiet time. Everything was clean, and on arrival there were cold drinks and lots of fruit. That was a pleasant surprise after the long drive. Samanta told us to call if there were any problems. On Friday the dishwasher disfunctioned, so I called. They came as soon as possible and repaired it right away. So that was great! Overall I would say it was a great villa with a lot of service. And I would definitely recommend you to come here for a nice holiday or a beautiful Italian wedding with a great view!

We loved the house, the property manager was so helpful, Samanta was her name. She showed us local places to eat, things to do and hints and tips to fully enjoy the lake and its environs. The house was finished to a very high standard, all mod cons. All bedrooms had access to a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. A car is essential although you can walk down to Fasano for dinner but the walk uphill on the way home could prove difficult for older people. We had the best holiday ever, it was our first but not our last time visiting the lakes.

We decided to spend a vacation with family and dear friends and not only find a beautiful house but a home! The house is perfectly equipped with fine, elegant and sober touches; the view of the lake gave us a landscape that changed every day, we saw a different postcard every morning! The house is comfortable and warm, with a SPECTACULAR view. Samanta, a hostess by nature, we thank you for all your warmth and kindness and ALL The details for our family, thank you Giuseppe (Technical service of Immobil One) for all the help !!! Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft und das Team um Samanta hat sich immer sofort und perfekt um Anliegen gekümmert. Auch der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir können diese Villa nur absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Samanta!

La villa pulitissima, gli interni pienamente corrispondenti alla descrizione. Gli spazi esterni curati, ampi e gradevoli, una distesa di ulivi e vegetazione che dalle fotografie non si percepisce. Si è immersi in una zona di ville e giardini, bellissima e molto tranquilla, anche con la presenza di animali. La veduta del lago è spettacolare. La bella piscina è in ordine ed è controllata discretamente anche durante il soggiorno. Per qualsiasi necessità i sigg. Samanta e Giuseppe sono a disposizione, professionali, ma squisitamente gentili nell'accoglienza e nel servizio agli ospiti. È stato un soggiorno al di sopra delle aspettative. Giuseppe P.

Wir waren vom 11.08. - 21.08.2018 in Gardone, Villa Delia! Es war bisher das schönste Ferienhaus, dass wir hatten. Sehr!! gepflegte Anlage und Haus (komfortabel, groß und modern) sowie ein Traum.-Pool! Samanta von immobil-one war einfach nur grossartig !! Bereits bei der Buchung wurden wir bestens betreut, auch vor Ort alles PERFEKT. Immer erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein Traum und wir werden SICHER wiederkommen. Auch der Hund war willkommen und konnte sich im großen, eingezäunten Garten wohlfühlen. Einmal Villa Delia und Samanta, immer Villa Delia und Samanta :-))))
