SLEEPING AREA that includes a double bedroom with private access on a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, a room with two single beds that can on request become a double bed, a full bathroom.
UTILITIES : air conditioning or heating (October-December): 50 euros per week to pay extra Air conditioning will be available for a fee in June, July and August at a price of € 50 per week to be paid in cash at check-in; in case of payment by card the amount increases by 2% for commissions. The request does not require any notice, but upon arrival, once requested and paid, remote controls and instructions for use will be provided.
The time period for check-in is between 16.00 and 19.00: if you expect a later arrival, please notify the assistant at check-in and make an extra payment of 35€ for the service.

By car: 
Toscolano Maderno can be reached from the North via the Brennero A22 motorway, exit at Rovereto Sud and then reach Riva del Garda and continue on SS45bis to Toscolano Maderno. From the south, on the A4 motorway, exit at Brescia Est and then continue along the SS45bis, towards Lake Garda to your destination.
By train: 
The nearest railway stations are Desenzano or Brescia. Then continue by bus or taxi to your destination.
