The sleeping area on this floor includes 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one bedroom with a 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen and living area with TV, 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and one with French bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tube).
OUTSIDE:
Park of over 3000 square meters with bbq area, wood-lined swimming pool (dim. 6,4 m x 4 m h 1,22 m), outdoor whirlpool for 4 people (mainly used in the mid-low season),
garden equipped with games for children and a large BBQ area surrounded by greenery.

The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €35 for the service.

Toscolano Maderno can be reached from the North via the Brennero A22 motorway, exit at Rovereto Sud and then reach Riva and continue on the SS45bis to Toscolano MadernoFrom the south, on the A4 motorway, exit at Brescia Est and then continue on the ring road and, along the SS45bis, along Lake Garda to the destination.
By train: 
The nearest railway stations are those of Desenzano or Brescia. Then continue by bus or taxi to the destination.
