Two balconies overlooking lake Garda, both equipped with table and chairs. A Balcony is reached by living area and the second one is private for master bedroom.
In the villa is available the air conditioning with extra payment. If requested, the guest will pay the fixed quote of €80 by cash at the check in (payments with cards have an increase of 2% for bank commissions). After the payment the check in assistant will give the remotes for AC and the instructions for the use.

Gardone Riviera can be reached from the North via the Brennero A22 motorway, exit at Rovereto Sud and then reach Riva and continue on the SS45bis to Gardone Riviera.
From the south, on the A4 motorway, exit at Brescia Est and then continue on the ring road and, along the SS45bis, along Lake Garda to the destination.
Villa Belvedere is situated on promenade. So the meeting place is in via valle fiorita near garage.
By train: 
The nearest railway stations are those of Desenzano or Brescia. Then continue by bus or taxi to the destination.
