LIMONAIA LE RAVERE:

MAIN HOUSE:
is the solution that has remained faithful to the ancient style of Limonaia. Precious furniture, cozy bathrooms and bedrooms, a kitchen, pantry and storage room, living room, but with table and chairs for up to 18 people, a dining room with fireplace which can become a place to read, relax in solitude. It can accommodate up to 6/7 people. The bedrooms are organized as follows: 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom that can become double on request and a bedroom with a big single bed 120 * 190 cm. The bathrooms of the main house are very small, typical of the original structure of the property. Within the structure there are two full baths, one with tub and the other with shower and a service bathroom. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
CASELLO:
Casello is divided into 4 floors, so it is suitable for people who do not find difficult to do many stairs.
The ground floor features a relaxation / reading area with sofas.The first floor has two double bedrooms, the second floor has a double bedroom and a full bath with bathtub; the third floor is organized with a well-stocked kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove and a bathroom. Air conditioning (portable) in all bedrooms.
GARCONNIERE:
Garconniere accommodates up to 6 people. The house is very well equipped with warm lights and stone walls. It is arranged on two levels: the first floor, very large, conciliates day area and night area. Here, in fact, on the same level there are: a kitchenette (without dishwasher), a beautiful relaxing area, a reading area, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower box. The other floor comprises a suite with two single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people on request), a full bathroom with shower. No air conditioning.
OUTSIDE:
Wonderful private pool (20 meters by 3.5 meters, depths 1.20 meters) with amazing lake views, a wood-burning oven where you can cook pizzas. Ping pong table and slide for children. The property is not suitable for people with who are struggling to make many stairs, as the Limonaia is laid out on many levels and is full of stairs.

The road leading to the villa is asphalted and well maintained; yet the last two hundred meters are really very very steep. As a result, make sure to have enough powerful cars. On request, to facilitate everything, we will send you a video of the road so you can realize its steepness.Gargnano can be reached from the North via the Brennero A22 motorway, exit at Rovereto Sud and then reach Riva and continue on the SS45bis to Gargnano.
From the south, on the A4 motorway, exit at Brescia Est and then continue on the ring road and, along the SS45bis, along Lake Garda to the destination.
By train: 
The nearest railway stations are those of Desenzano or Brescia. Then continue by bus or taxi to the destination.
